Speakers 
Philip Ragland, BBA - Became a CSPD in 1996, Member of South Florida Materials Management Society, has taught "web design" at Sheridan Vocational for 3 years. Phil is the Materials Manager at Palm Springs Hospital where he has worked for over 29 years.
Harley D Berlant, CRCST - has over 30 years experience in the field as a manager, lecturer, and author. Mr. Berlant has taught Central Service classes for over 25 years. He has lectured across the county from Miami to Hawaii. He has successfully taught the SPD course nationally and internationally!
