Tuition 
Tuition for the course is $600. This price includes the course manual, workbook, supplemental reading materials, refreshments, graduation, graduation banquet, brochure, and certificate.
All JMH employees must file for reimbursement in advance of the start of class!

A non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 per person must be received before registration can be confirmed. Financial arrangements for the balance can be made at the first class.

Instructors 
Philip Ragland, BBA - Phil is the Materials Manager at Palm Springs Hospital where he has worked for over 29 years. He became a CSPDT in 1996, he is a member of the South Florida Materials Management Society; he taught "web design" at Sheridan Vocational for 3 years. He has taught SPD classes previously for FCC.
Bret Berlant, CSPDT - Achieved his certification in 2005 as the youngest ever to do so. Bret has assisted and coordinated in teaching this program for almost 10 years. He has recently worked agency in Overlake Hospital Medical Center.
Program Schedule 
This course will be taught on Saturdays starting June 28th 2008. Classes will be from 10 a.m. until 1 pm, every week for eighteen weeks (except for Holiday weekends).
